If you hold a ticket for the Spark Arena, your ticket will be automatically reissued by Ticketek by 30 September 2026.

Where can I purchase tickets?

How many tickets can I purchase?
There is a limit of 4 tickets per transaction.

What if I found tickets somewhere else?
We have not allocated any tickets for unauthorised resellers (including but are not limited to Viagogo, Ticketswap, Stubhub, Ticketfinders, The Ticket Merchant, and Tixel).  

We cannot guarantee any ticket purchased through unauthorised resellers or via websites such as Eventbrite, Ebay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages. To make sure you pay the correct ticket price and receive valid tickets, you must purchase via Ticketek NZ.

We are not responsible for unauthorised ticket disputes and are unable to assist you if you purchase outside the official ticketing agencies.

Where is the show?
Western Springs Bowl is located at Stadium Road, Western Springs Auckland.

How do I get to Western Springs Bowl?

Shuttles
Event shuttles will operating from Britomart in the CBD, before and after the show.
Locations: Great North Road, outside Western Springs Lakeside.
Please keep an eye on your emails to pre-purchase shuttle tickets when they become available.

Public Transport
It’s easy to reach Western Springs Bowl on public transport with bus and train services from the City Centre and beyond. The nearest train stations are Morningside or Baldwin Ave. Plan your journey with Auckland Transport HERE.

Cycling
We do not have a dedicated bike parking facility, however there is a Lockey Dock on the left hand of Stadium Road as you head towards the venue. Bikes are locked at your own risk.

Will there be passouts?
There will be no passouts at the event.

Is the show all ages?
The Western Springs show is an all ages event, children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. All children require their own ticket.

Mobility Parking

Can I bring a camera?
Small still cameras (including those with a recording function) and mobile phones are permitted for personal use only. Professional still cameras (such as an SLR), professional video cameras (including go-pros), sound recording equipment and professional lighting and tripod set ups are not permitted without written authority from the Promoters. Drones are also strictly prohibited.

Please respect the privacy of all other patrons, artists and service providers when using your camera or mobile phone.

Can I bring a bag to carry my stuff?

What if it’s raining?
Olivia Dean plays rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted inside Western Springs Bowl so please come prepared with a rain jacket or poncho.

Patrons could be requested to exit the site in situations deemed dangerous by authorities. Please follow all official directives for own safety and well-being.
