Akron/Family are a band whose musical explorations are virtually without limits. From percussive thunder and anthemic guitars, to celebratory gospel sing-along, to primal punk rock and heavy free jazz, this is a group boiling over with ideas.

With an unhinged live show that is becoming a thing of legend, Akron/Family are heading to Australia for the first time this December, playing club dates in Sydney and Melbourne, along with the Meredith Music Festival (http://www.mmf.com.au/).
