Handsome Tours are delighted to announce the return of award-winning British spoken word performer, poet, rapper, novelist and playwright KAE TEMPEST to Australia & New Zealand in 2023.

Their return comes in the wake of the release of their new album The Line is the Curve and follows previous acclaimed visits to our shores in 2016 & 2020. Their first two solo albums Everybody Down (2014) and Let Them Eat Chaos (2017) were nominated for the Mercury Prize, while their third, The Book of Traps and Lessons (2019) was shortlisted for an Ivor Novello, Best Album.

The tour will see dates at the Sydney Opera House, Canberra Theatre, the Powerhouse in Brisbane, the Forum in Melbourne before heading to New Zealand for dates at the Powerstation in Auckland & the St James Theatre in Wellington. They will also be making festival appearances at Perth Festival, MONA FOMA in Tasmania and Splore in New Zealand.
